“The room was pretty small which I knew before hand. We found trash(old squeaker ball from a dog, old tshirt from someone previous, and a few pieces of cat food). The bathroom was in need of a clean on the baseboards and such as they were disgusting. My husband was pretty sure his milk was spoiled when he grabbed a small carton( was still in date but curdled) Lastly the side door was extremely loud. We could hear it closing all night.
